Ghostbusters game, at best, delayed.

Gamestop employees have been reporting that pre-orders for the Ghostbusters game have been canceled. Apparently Activision’s new merger has resulted in a delay or an outright shitcanning of the game.

Afforadable infrared night vision goggles?

These are pitched at kids, but… $90.00 night vision goggles are just too cool not to get excited about. Besides, they look bitchin’!

The commercial on Amazon’s site is extra-lame, and rather hilarious.

Pessimists on Gizmodo speculate it uses cheap monochrome cameras that pick up the IR range, like the ones in baby monitor cameras. Even if that’s the case, getting such a camera, an IR source, and gear to strap it to your head would cost about as much, wouldn’t it?
